We are seeking a Recruitment Supervisor to lead and elevate our recruitment department. This person will oversee the full talent pipeline for Behavior Technicians (BTs), RBTs, and BCBAs, ensuring our company continues to grow with high-quality, mission-aligned staff. The Recruitment Supervisor owns the performance and outcomes of the Recruitment Department. This role is responsible for leading recruiters, managing their workflow, driving hiring results, and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication across HR, Coordination, and Clinical teams. Leadership & Department Oversight • Lead the Recruitment Team using EOS LMA principles—clear expectations, consistent feedback, and coaching., • Oversee BT, RBT, and BCBA recruiting pipelines and ensure placement targets are consistently met., • Build weekly scorecards, recruitment KPIs, and production metrics to track team performance., • Train and mentor recruiters to follow consistent processes, scripts, and documentation standards. Recruitment Operations, • Manage and optimize our ATS (Workable), including pipelines, automation, templates, and hiring workflows., • Oversee sourcing strategies, job postings, ad campaigns, and budget allocation to maximize applicant flow., • Ensure the ATS remains organized, up-to-date, and aligned with company hiring needs., • Maintain strong communication with HR, Intake, and Coordination departments to understand staffing priorities., • Analyze data trends to forecast recruiting needs and adjust strategy accordingly. Staffing & Matching, • Oversee daily staffing operations to ensure efficient and thoughtful matching of BTs with clients., • Support the team in addressing urgent staffing shortages, new case activations, and last-minute placement changes., • Collaborate with Coordination to ensure placements align with geography, availability, and clinical fit. Candidate Experience & Quality, • Ensure all candidates receive timely communication and a professional, supportive experience., • Maintain onboarding collaboration with HR to guarantee a smooth transition for new hires., • Promote values-based hiring to ensure strong cultural alignment. Cross-Department Collaboration, • Coordinate closely with Intake, Coordination, and Clinical teams to understand caseload growth and staffing barriers., • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field)., • 2+ years of recruitment experience required (ABA, healthcare, education, or social services strongly preferred)., • Salary Position, • PTO, • 401(k), • Health Insurance, • Fridays Remote
