Job DescriptionAction Behavior Centers provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy at home for children ages 18 months to 13 years diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our in-home ABA services bring therapy directly into a child’s familiar environment to make learning meaningful, personalized, and engaging. • Schedule: Monday - Friday, daytime hours (8am-5pm) *May volunteer for an occasional Saturday based on patient needs, • Position is full-time, • Start Date: Immediate openings available!, • Hiring Immediately: We respond quickly to applications, so please be ready for a call or email to schedule your interview, • Experience that’s a PLUS (but not required): Childcare: nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor. Key Responsibilities: * Obtain all required documentation needed to submit provider credentialing applications to payors * Ensure providers are properly linked and associated with the organization * Call payors to check the status of pending credentialing applications * Initiate the credentialing process for newly onboarded providers * Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure timely enrollment and approval * Expected volume: 7-10 credentialing applications per day Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Full-Time | Onsite (Addison, TX) Opportunity to transition to an RCM hybrid schedule based on performance.
