Job Overview Discovery ABA is seeking a highly organized and people-focused Case Scheduler to join our expanding team at our corporate office in Inwood, NY 11096! In this role, you'll be responsible for assigning Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to new cases, supporting families and staff with clear communication, and ensuring all schedules are accurate and up to date in our scheduling system. This is a key position that keeps our services running smoothly while ensuring children and families receive the support they need without interruption. Key Responsibilities • Promptly assign RBTs to new cases and manage scheduling changes efficiently, • Maintain ongoing communication with families and RBTs, ensuring concerns are addressed quickly and professionally, • Accurately update and manage schedules in scheduling software, • Partner with clinical staff to ensure seamless onboarding and continuity of services, • Adapt to time zone needs (MST and CST) to support daily operations Work Schedule • Monday to Friday, Shift within the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, • Work is performed on-site at our corporate office in Inwood, NY 11096 Qualifications • Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail, • Excellent communication skills-confident via phone, email, and in-person, with the ability to actively listen and problem-solve, • Previous experience in scheduling, case management, or coordination is a plus, • Familiarity with scheduling software preferred, • Background in medical scheduling or ABA therapy is a plus, but not required, • RBT experience preferred but not required Benefits • Competitive salary: $50,000 – $65,000 annually, • Paid Time Off (PTO), including vacation and holidays, • Health, dental, and vision benefits (varies by role/location), • Supportive, collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth, • A healthy work-life balance, • The chance to be part of a passionate team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children and families ✨ If you're an organized, proactive professional who excels at balancing details with people-first communication, we'd love for you to join our team at our Inwood, NY corporate office!
