Overview: William Charles Construction, a MasTec Company, is in search of a Project Manager to support our Clean Energy & Infrastructure High Voltage Group. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing substation & transmission line electrical construction projects within the clean energy (wind & solar) markets from pre-construction to completion, while ensuring the project remains on schedule and within budget. The Mobile Crisis Outreach Response program (MCORT) responds 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year, to nonlife-threatening mental health, substance use or suicidal crises in the community. MCORT will work in coordination with the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline crisis centers. (The 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline was formerly the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.) This role focuses on promoting maternal mental health, infant care, and family well-being through education, emotional support, and resource navigation. The Postpartum Doula helps families adjust to life with a newborn, offering guidance on feeding, sleep, recovery, and bonding. This position is rooted in a commitment to birth equity, trauma-informed care, and serving communities that face systemic barriers to postpartum support.
