Job Summary: The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is responsible for assisting the general manager with the management of day-to-day operations of the store, while adhering to Global Partner's policies and procedures. Scheduled Hours for P/T Sales Associate: 17 hours/ week Store Hours Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 7:00PM Saturday - Sunday: 10:00AM - 3:00PM POSITION SUMMARY: The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting store goals, maintaining a clean store, and handling cash transactions. They assist customers, follow company policies, and build positive relationships with hospital contacts and volunteers. RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Service • Responsible for meeting store performance objectives.
