Job Title: Superintendent of Maintenance Hours: Monday-Friday Full-Time/Exempt: On-Call & Emergency After-hours The Superintendent of Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance operations of the community, ensuring all building systems, grounds, and amenities are maintained to the highest standards.
