At BODY20, we believe: • Fitness shouldnt compete with family or career, • Getting in shape shouldnt hurt, • Everyone deserves to feel great and live fully What We Offer • Career Growth: Paid training, certifications, and ongoing development, • Competitive Compensation: Base pay + commissions + performance bonuses, • Free Studio Membership: Experience BODY20 for yourself, • Flexible Scheduling: Designed to support personal and educational goals, • Fitness Casual Dress Code: Work comfortably in a wellnessfocused environment, • Pathway to Leadership: Opportunities for advancement and potential franchise ownership Primary Responsibilities • Fitness Coaching, • Deliver personalized EMS training sessions, • Conduct InBody evaluations and track member progress, • Educate members on proper form, technique, and BODY20 technology, • Create a motivating, supportive, and safe training environment, • Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment readiness, • Participate in ongoing training and team development, • Sales & Membership Growth, • Build strong relationships with members and prospective clients, • Support membership sales through consultations, followups, and exceptional service, • Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand, • Assist with onboarding new members and ensuring a smooth startup experience, • Collaborate with the team to meet studio goals and deliver bestinclass serviceQualifications, • Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (preferred), • CPR/AED certification (preferred), • 1-3 yrs of previous Personal Training experience (preferred), • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Possess honesty and personal integrity, • Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry, • Excel in time management, organizational, and follow-up skills, • Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendlyEssential Physical Requirements, • Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching.
