Job Description About Us We’re a growing food brand building something real—not a bloated corporate team. We’re a small, scrappy group (4 people) that moves fast, figures things out, and wears multiple hats. We don’t have layers of approval, and we don’t babysit. We’re expanding across: • Our direct-to-consumer website, • Amazon, • Walmart Marketplace, • TikTok Shop We need someone who can help us build and scale all of it. The Role We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our digital presence and help us build high-converting e-commerce experiences across multiple channels. This is NOT a narrow role. You’ll be expected to: • Build and improve our website (likely Shopify or similar), • Create and optimize product pages that actually convert, • Help develop and execute SEO strategy, • Support or build out Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop listings, • Create or direct product page graphics and content, • Figure things out when you don’t know something • You won’t be handed a perfect playbook., • You’ll help build it. What You’ll Be Doing • Website design and build a high-converting e-commerce website, • Improve UX, layout, and product page structure, • Implement best practices for conversion (bundles, upsells, etc.) • SEO • Conduct keyword research, • Optimize site structure and product pages, • Help build a content strategy (not fluff blogs—real intent-driven pages) • Marketplaces • Assist in launching and optimizing listings on:, • Amazon, • Walmart, • TikTok Shop, • Adapt content and visuals per platform • Creative / Content • Create or guide creation of:, • Product page graphics, • Infographics, • Homepage banners, • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms • Problem Solving • Research and implement solutions independently, • Learn new platforms/tools quickly, • Make decisions without needing constant direction What We’re Looking For We care less about titles and more about how you think and work. You might be a fit if you: • Have experience with ecommerce (Shopify, Webflow, etc.), • Understand what makes a product page convert, • Have working knowledge of SEO (not just buzzwords), • Have a decent eye for design (you don’t need to be a world-class designer), • Are comfortable figuring things out without a step-by-step guide, • Move fast and don’t get stuck overthinking, • Take ownership instead of waiting for instructions • Bonus (Not Required, But Valuable): • Experience with Amazon listings or A+ content, • Experience with food / CPG brands, • Basic understanding of paid ads (Amazon or social), • Experience working in small teams or startups • Not a Fit If You: • Need constant direction or detailed SOPs, • Only want to do one specific function (just design, just SEO, etc.), • Get stuck when something is unfamiliar, • Prefer slow, corporate environments What You’ll Get • Real ownership (not busy work), • Direct impact on growth, • Fast decision-making (no red tape), • Opportunity to build something from the ground up Please Note: This is not a remote position or work-from-home.
