This role involves providing high‑quality, culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population. New graduates are welcome—training and mentorship are provided. Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to patients of all ages., • Perform physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans., • Interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and manage acute and chronic illnesses., • Offer culturally appropriate care, utilizing Chinese language skills to communicate treatment recommendations and health education., • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care., • Maintain accurate and compliant electronic health records (EHR)., • Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication use., • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinic workflow efficiency., • Master’s degree in Nursing and completion of an accredited FNP or NP program., • Active or eligible Nurse Practitioner license in the state of employment., • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English required (Mandarin, Cantonese, or Fuzhounese accepted)., • Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient‑education skills., • Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment., • Experience working with multicultural or immigrant populations., • Previous primary care, community health, or outpatient clinic experience (not required)., • Competitive salary (e.g., $160K–$200K+ depending on experience), • Hourly options available for part-time or per diem roles, • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • PTO, paid holidays, and CME allowance, • Malpractice coverage, • Flexible scheduling, • Weekly pay, • Medical benefits
