Job DescriptionBenefits: • 401(k), • 401(k) matching, • Bonus based on performance, • Competitive salary, • Signing bonus, • Training & development Elena Kolesnikova State Farm Agent HI, Im Elena, your dedicated State Farm Agent I invite you to join our team if you are: A proactive, results-driven sales professional Someone who knows how to sell and close deals A self-disciplined and independent individual A candidate motivated to earn above average Speaks English + Russian or English + Spanish Responsibilities Sell insurance products (incoming warm and new leads) Work with an existing client base (2000+ contacts) and new incoming clients Attract new clients Conduct consultations and recommend solutions Perform policy reviews Close deals and meet sales targets Build long-term client relationships We already have a client base of 2000+ you can start earning immediately Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads What You Will Sell Auto Insurance Homeowners, Renters, Condo Insurance Life Insurance Health Insurance Business Insurance Commercial (Property & Casualty) Insurance Additional products (motorcycles, boats, etc.) KEY REQUIREMENTS Candidates with a license are preferred. If you do not have a license, you must be willing to obtain one License (preferred): Life and Health Insurance License or Property and Casualty License Average income: $5,000 $10,000 Working hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (New York time) Work visas are not provided Must be physically located in the USA (any state except Florida) Must have valid work authorization in the U.S. Candidates without current appointments are welcome Sales experience and willingness to actively sell Experience & Skills Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred Leadership and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting sales targets Willingness to engage in sales conversations Languages (at least two required): English + Spanish Geography: Must be physically located in the USA Working Schedule Full-time MondayFriday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (New York time) Fully remote Compensation $50,000 $100,000 per year Top sales agents earn $10,000+ per month High commission This is a remote position.
