Job description: This is a full-time exempt position responsible for the implementation-related activities for the Connectivity Operations-outreach department. The Implementation Analyst is responsible for working directly with our client’s Lab and LIS resources. During the implementation, the analyst is building strong relationships with the client, as well as an in-depth understanding of their outreach needs and workflows. This individual will possess a strong, broad Lab/IT background, including knowledge of software implementation processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Implement the CareEvolve application based on defined scope and business requirements for the project, • Configure the CareEvolve application to meet business and workflow requirements, • Test and troubleshoot application issues and settings, • Coordinate new work with internal and external resources, • Monitor, analyze, and advise on testing of application fixes and upgrades, • Ensure change management practices are followed for any modifications to requirements and the application, • Escalate to Management if new scope is identified during implementation, • Train client on application and workflows, • Provide post-implementation support and functional abilities to assist the Operations Teams, • Experience in Lab/HIT, • Excellent oral and written communication skills, • 2 years of related experience, • Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization, • Ability to exercise effective decision-making in a fast-paced environment, • Experience and knowledge of clinical laboratory processes, environments, and workflows, • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time while maintaining a high degree of quality and accuracy, • Ability to exercise effective decision-making in a fast-paced environment, • Knowledge of standard healthcare electronic message formats (e.g., HL7, XML, CSV, etc.), • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), • LKCareEvolve experience preferred, • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required ELLKAY offers a comprehensive and competitive benefit package that starts day one!
