Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of solar sales experience, with 2+ yrs. of direct sales (B2B or B2C) experience. Multilingual is preferred, but not required. Overview The New Media and Digital Design (NMDD) program at Fordham University is seeking a Part-Time Faculty to teach two sections of a Creative Coding course using p5.js in the Fall 2024 semester. The Fall 2024 semester at Fordham University begins on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, and the two sections meet at the following times: - Section 1: Mondays 2:30PM - 05:15PM - Section 2: Mondays 6:00PM - 08:45PM Teaching takes place in person at the university’s Lincoln Center (Manhattan) campus. Provide proactive strategy with their assigned customer accounts Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging effectively and finding value in our services Become an expert and educate customers on the use and benefits of our products Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues Be a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to Product Management and Development Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal Drive upgrade revenue through increased product adoption and increased usage Customer Success Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Experience in account management or in a similar customer-facing role Familiar with customer success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) Knowledgeable about our product specifications Communication skills
