Throughout the internship, you will: • Development & Construction: Spend time at an active construction site and observe how a project progresses from plans to completion., • Leasing & Property Management: Visit multiple properties to understand leasing operations, customer service, and day-to-day community management., • Finance & Accounting: Review financial data, analyze trends, and learn how our accounting and finance teams support our portfolio., • Asset Management: Explore how we strategically manage and optimize a diverse, long-standing real estate portfolio.
