Job Description Job Title: General Manager Location: Bronxville, NY We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead daily operations of a fast-paced, guest-focused dessert and café concept. This role is ideal for a strong hospitality leader who thrives in a high-energy environment, builds great teams, and is excited about growing with an expanding brand. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations while preparing to grow into an Area Manager role as the company continues to expand. Position Overview The General Manager is responsible for leading the restaurant’s operations, financial performance, team development, and guest experience. This leader will build and mentor a high-performing team, ensure operational excellence, and drive sales while maintaining the brand’s standards for quality, service, and culture. This position offers a unique growth opportunity for a leader who is interested in advancing into a multi-unit Area Manager role as new locations open.
