Were on the hunt for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team at Vertex Hospitality Group. As a leading restaurant group with a diverse portfolio of high-performing concepts, we know our people are our secret sauce. This role is key to identifying, attracting, and hiring the kind of talent that keeps our kitchens humming and our guests coming back. What Youll Do: • Own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume restaurant and corporate roles across our portfolio, • Work closely with Operations and leadership to understand and achieve staffing needs, • Source, interview, and assess candidates with a strong emphasis on hospitality culture and brand fit, • Craft compelling job postings and recruitment campaigns that reflect our company voice and values, • Attend job fairs, networking events, and community outreach opportunities to attract diverse talent, • Maintain our internal talent systems and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience from start to finish, • Help us evolve our employer brand and recruitment strategy as we grow What Were Looking For: • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, • 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, • 2+ years in the restaurant or hospitality industry (required), • Proven ability to recruit for both hourly and management-level roles, • Bilingual in Chinese/Mandarin and English strongly preferred, • Strong communicator who can build trust with candidates and hiring managers alike, • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment, • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools Benefits: • 401(k), • Dental insurance, • Health insurance, • Paid time off, • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift, • Monday to Friday Education: • Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: • Recruiting: 3 years (Required), • Restaurant: 2 years (Required) Language: • English (Required), • Chinese/Mandarin (Required) Work Location: • Flushing, Queens, NY (Required), • In person (Required)
