Job Description The In-House Tire Sales Representative plays a key role in driving revenue through inbound and outbound sales, customer consultations, appointment scheduling, and supporting our mobile service model. You will assist individual consumers, commercial fleets, and franchise partners by recommending the right tires, services, and packages based on vehicle fitment, budget, and needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with automotive knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound calls, emails, website chats, and app inquiries from customers seeking tires, wheels, alignments, oil changes, or other services., • Consult with customers to understand their vehicle details (year/make/model/trim), driving habits, and preferences; recommend appropriate tire brands, sizes, types (all-season, performance, winter, commercial, etc.), and packages., • Use our vehicle fitment tools, inventory system, and partner APIs to provide accurate quotes, compatibility checks, and pricing., • Close sales by explaining benefits, promotions, warranties, and value-added services (e.g., mobile installation convenience, roadside protection)., • Schedule mobile service appointments, coordinate with technicians/franchisees, and confirm details to ensure seamless "we come to you" experiences., • Follow up with leads, quotes, and post-sale customers to drive repeat business, upsell (e.g., tire rotations, alignments), and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets., • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and appointments in our CRM/system., • Support franchise owners/partners with order processing, bulk inquiries, and promotional opportunities., • Stay current on tire industry trends, new products, brands, and competitor offerings., • Provide exceptional customer service to build trust, resolve issues, and achieve high satisfaction ratings., • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, sales, or automotive-related field preferred., • 1–3+ years of sales experience (tire/automotive, retail, inside sales, or customer service preferred)., • Strong knowledge of tires, wheels, vehicle fitment, and automotive services (or willingness to learn quickly)., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable on phone, email, chat, and in-person., • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and handle objections., • Proficient with computers, CRM software, and basic office tools (experience with eCommerce platforms a plus)., • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude., • Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining accuracy., • Valid driver's license and clean record (occasional local travel may be required)., • Previous experience in tire retail, wholesale, or mobile service., • Familiarity with vehicle lookup tools (e.g., year/make/model databases) or tire fitment APIs., • Be part of a growing, innovative franchise revolutionizing mobile tire service., • Unlimited earning potential through base + commission + bonuses., • Work in a supportive, team-oriented culture in beautiful Portland, OR.
