This role combines leadership responsibilities with scheduled waxing hours and plays a critical role in driving studio success, team performance, and exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who leads by example, takes ownership of results, and is passionate about operational excellence and customer satisfaction. What Youll Do • Oversee day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, productivity, cleanliness, and service standards, • Perform scheduled waxing services while maintaining high technical and guest experience standards, • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve individual and studio goals, • Drive performance through booking optimization, service consistency, and retail sales, • Ensure a consistently positive, professional, and welcoming client experience, • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members, • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety, and sanitation standards, • Act as a role model for professionalism, accountability, and teamworkWhat Were Looking For, • Previous leadership or management experience (spa, salon, or service-based business preferred), • Active esthetician license with waxing experience required, • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills, • Ability to balance hands-on service work with leadership and operational duties, • Results-driven mindset with a focus on team success and client satisfaction, • Positive attitude, reliability, and a high standard of professionalismESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:, • Advanced technical skills and on the floor waxing to assist in achieving studio revenue, • Client acquisition, client experience, client retention, • Inventory management, • Local marketing, community engagement, local studio social media and public relations, • Staff recruitment, hiring, management, development and retention, • Studio upkeep this includes but not limited to the following; managing cleaning checklist in accordance to the Board of Cosmetology for the treatment rooms & front lobby area.
