Job Description Clinical Service Director (RN) Location: New York, NY Schedule: Full-Time | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Salary: $135,000 – $145,000/year A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Clinical Service Director to oversee integrated care operations for a diverse, elderly population across home, clinic, and day health settings. About the Role: This leadership role is responsible for managing clinical operations, supervising interdisciplinary care teams, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. The Clinical Service Director serves as Director of Patient Services (DPS) and is critical in driving regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and participant satisfaction.
