As the face of Semibold, you’ll help customers discover the right products, share the stories and performance features behind our socks, and create a warm, engaging shopping experience throughout the holiday season. ✨ Responsibilities As a Semibold Sales Associate, you will: • Represent Semibold with professionalism, energy, and friendliness., • Learn our products, performance features, and design stories to make personalized recommendations., • Actively engage customers and work toward daily sales goals., • Handle checkout accurately using our POS system., • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing booth., • Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs promptly., • Assist with merchandising and product replenishment throughout the day., • Encourage customers to connect with Semibold on social media and assist with customer/KOC content when appropriate., • Open and close the booth on time and remain attentive to customers throughout your shift. ⏰ Work Expectations • Strict punctuality is required. Team members are expected to remain attentive to customers and booth responsibilities throughout working hours., • The booth may not be left unattended during a scheduled shift., • Employees are paid for actual hours worked. 🕒 Work Schedule • Grand Central Holiday Fair | 11/9–12/24 Nov 9–Dec 16: Mon–Sat: 10 AM–7 PM Sun: 11 AM–6 PM Dec 17–23: Mon–Sat: 10 AM–8 PM Sun: 11 AM–6 PM Dec 24: 10 AM–6 PM • Columbus Circle Holiday Market | 12/1–12/31 Mon–Thu: 11 AM–7 PM Fri–Sun: 10 AM–8 PM • Herald Square Holiday Market | 12/3–1/2 Mon–Sat: 11 AM–8 PM Sun: 11 AM–7 PM 💰 Compensation Base Pay: $16.50/hour Commission Structure Commission is calculated on individual recorded POS sales above $900 per day: • $900–$1,499: 5% on sales above $900, • $1,500–$2,499: 8% on sales above $900, • $2,500+: 10% on sales above $900 The commission rate is determined by your final daily sales total and applies to all eligible sales above $900. 🚀 Performance Bonus When total booth sales reach $5000 in a single day, the team working that booth will receive an additional $100 bonus. If multiple Sales Associates work the booth that day, the bonus will be shared equally. For shared shifts, individual commissions are based on each team member’s recorded POS sales. Commission Allocation • For shared shifts, commissions will be allocated based on each team member's recorded sales in POS. Payment • Paid every 2 days via Cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Wire Transfer. 📌 Requirements • Minimum availability of 3 days per week; weekend availability is strongly preferred., • Reliable, punctual, professional, and comfortable actively approaching customers., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills., • Comfortable working at indoor and outdoor holiday markets, including winter conditions., • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred., • Must notify the brand owner at least 72 hours in advance if unable to attend a confirmed shift, except in emergencies., • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn about the Semibold brand and products., • No-shows are not accepted.
