As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Remote Marketing Assistant to support our presence and operations across Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Position Overview The Remote Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns, managing digital presence, and assisting in brand growth. This position requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage and update social media platforms and online listings, • Create and schedule content across digital channels, • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, • Support email marketing campaigns and client outreach, • Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports, • Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, • Maintain brand consistency across all communications Qualifications & Requirements • Previous experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required), • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Proficiency with digital tools and social media platforms, • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, • Basic understanding of marketing principles and analytics Compensation & Benefits • Competitive fixed salary ($4,000 – $5,000), • Flexible remote work schedule, • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • Paid time off and holidays, • 401(k) retirement plan, • Professional development and training opportunities, • Performance-based incentives Additional Information All candidates will undergo an interview and screening process.
