We’re a locally owned company growing and looking for a hungry, motivated BDR to help us connect with customers and build our sales pipeline. If you like talking to people, opening doors, and being part of a small team where your work actually matters—this could be a great fit. What you’ll do • Reach out to new/previous prospects (calls, texts, email, social), • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team, • Keep notes organized in our CRM, • Learn our product and pitch it clearly and honestly, • Work closely with ownership and sales leadership What we’re looking for • Strong communication skills (English required, Korean a big plus), • Comfortable on the phone and not afraid of rejection, • Coachable, reliable, and goal-oriented, • Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required What we offer • Base pay + commission (clear, achievable targets), • Training and real mentorship (not “figure it out yourself”), • Opportunity to grow into a full sales role, • Supportive, no-drama work environment
