This is a full-time remote role for an Entry Level Sales Benefits Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for assisting clients with comprehensive benefits packages, ensuring they understand and utilize their options effectively. Daily responsibilities include communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, conducting needs assessments, and explaining policies. The Specialist will also be required to participate in training sessions, support sales initiatives, and maintain detailed records of client interactions. • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients and address their needs, • Proficiency in Sales and understanding fundamental sales techniques, • Experience or willingness to participate in Training and Sales Management initiatives, • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, • Strong organizational and time management skills, • High level of professionalism and a customer-focused mindset, • Prior experience in insurance or related fields is a plus
