You will direct and actively participate in strategy and tactics including being active in your local community, outbound calling, in-branch selling, branch campaigns, service calls. Branch Teams will look to you for mentorship, coaching and training to assist in meeting our member’s financial goals and delivering a meaningful member experience, and any other topics to keep the team engage and performing as per MCU’s core values and mission., • You will perform a wide range of administrative and supervisory duties including the development of branch goals and financial targets, in-branch sales and outside sales. As the Branch Manager, you will instruct, coach, supervise and assist in their professional development. You may undertake special projects relating to department services as assigned., • Manages operational, human capital, reputational and business risk. Exercises leadership, authority and sound decision making to mitigate sales practice risk. Connects all of MCU, delivering a seamless member experience in an omni channel environment., • Responsible for successful onboarding and training of new employees, • Implements strategies that increase productivity and enable sales target achievement., • Attends weekly manager’s meetings., • Facilitates and empowers the team to conduct morning huddles and monthly staff meetings to develop and inform staff., • Manage the branch office in an efficient and cost-effective manner., • Cultivate professional business relationships with organizations in the community., • Coach, motivate, and mentor all staff to achieve and support service excellence., • Implement and monitor sales and cross-selling programs to reach established goals., • Manage staffing, scheduling, performance evaluations, and make disciplinary recommendations as necessary., • Takes personal ownership to deliver results.
