Our Network office is located at 401 W 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team's scope of work permits. Increased flexibility will be required for this role at certain points in the year, as in-person community outreach is a key component of the Family Outreach & Enrollment team. Deliver powerful results To achieve our vision, we are seeking a Family Outreach & Enrollment Operations Manager with a Bachelor's degree and strong project management experience. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of planning and executing complex initiatives, managing cross-functional stakeholders, analyzing data to inform strategy, and driving projects to completion. Familiarity with Upper Manhattan, the Bronx, and/or Queens is preferred. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager with the ability to plan, prioritize, execute, and follow through effectively. They are highly proficient in Google Suite, and use these tools to build systems, manage workflows, and support outreach strategy. They are highly detail-oriented and analytical, and demonstrate the ability to manage and interpret data independently. They bring flexibility, resilience, and a strong drive to meet goals.
