Job Description DESCRIPTION: Luxury, members-only concierge service known for unlocking access to world-class dining, luxury travel, and lifestyle experiences is seeking an experienced Head of Dining Operations & Concierge based in New York City. In this role, you will lead the most ambitious dining access initiative in the world. You’ll manage our nationwide dining concierge operation — from staffing and training to fulfillment rates and direct relationships with top restaurants. You won’t be booking tables yourself — you’ll be building the system, standards, and partnerships that allow our team (and AI) to deliver with speed, precision, and taste. You’ll be responsible for overseeing a team that’s handling daily reservation requests from VIPs, maintaining relationships with hard-to-access venues, and ensuring our company continues to outperform any other card or concierge when it comes to dining. This is a foundational role — both operational and strategic — at the center of what makes us exceptional. Our members are discerning, high-spending individuals who rely on our company for insider access, curated service, and unmatched reliability. Our company is backed by world-class investors and has multiple years of runway ahead. Our team is lean, senior, and fast-moving, with experience at all major leading tech companies and fast growing startups. What You’ll Own: • Manage and grow the dining concierge team — hiring, training, and setting KPIs across key markets, • Build SOPs and internal systems to streamline how dining requests are triaged, fulfilled, and escalated, • Own relationships with top restaurants and hospitality groups — from ongoing partnerships to new deal flow, • Define and enforce the quality bar for response time, fulfillment rate, and member satisfaction, • Collaborate closely with our product and AI teams to integrate tooling and workflows that improve speed and scale, • Monitor data on member demand, city-specific inventory, and team performance to inform roadmap and strategy, • Represent our dining capabilities in conversations with high-profile members, partners, and investors REQUIREMENTS: • 7–12+ years in high-end hospitality, dining, or concierge roles, • Experience managing teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments (e.g. top restaurants, member clubs, or luxury service organizations), • Deep understanding of the world of hard-to-book restaurants and VIP clientele, • A proven operational track record — you’ve built and scaled systems, not just answered requests, • A service-first mindset — you sweat the details and genuinely care about member outcomes, • Bonus: Experience at a startup or working cross-functionally with tech/product teams BENEFITS: • Competitive salary ($160-200K + Equity DOE), • Stock options and 401K, • Full health benefits (medical, dental, and vision insurance)., • Company Card, • High-caliber team: Work alongside experienced operators and technologists building something genuinely new, • Opportunity to be an integral part of a brand that is creating a new standard of financial services and lifestyle membership — entering the ground floor of a fast-growing, category-defining company., • EOE - We are an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.
