Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Tax Preparer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial concepts, with the ability to analyze and market financial sales effectively.
Responsibilities: - Prepare and file accurate tax returns for individuals or businesses. - Review financial records, such as income statements and documentation, to determine forms needed to file taxes - Advise clients on tax-related issues and tax-saving strategies and bookkeeping/accounting. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations by keeping up-to-date with changes in tax laws. - Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the tax preparation process. - Prepare financial statements. Monthly, quarterly or annually - Skills: - Proficiency in accounting software. - Knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices - Ability to market services and attract new clients - Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and provide insights. - Experience with 10-key typing for efficient data entry. - Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients professionally. - Familiarity with financial concepts to assist clients in maximizing tax benefits - If you possess these skills and are looking for a challenging yet rewarding opportunity as a Tax Preparer and accountant, we encourage you to apply.
