Job Description Job Posting Title Senior Analyst – Pharmacy Pricing Job Description 259Rx is seeking a sharp, detail-driven Senior Analyst – Pharmacy Pricing to play a critical role in delivering high-impact rebate analytics for our clients. This role works closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to drive accurate, actionable insights, unravel complex pricing dynamics, and translate large-scale data into clear, compelling recommendations that influence real business decisions. Key Responsibilities • Examine and interpret large, complex pharmacy datasets to uncover rebate performance gaps, utilization trends, and actual-to-expected variances; surfacing insights that drive strategic decisions, • Collaborate with actuaries, underwriting, and cross-functional stakeholders to deeply understand business priorities and deliver precise, decision-ready analytical outputs on time, • Craft polished summaries, exhibits, and analytical documentation that equip client-facing teams and senior leadership with the clarity and confidence they need to make informed decisions, • Respond rapidly to ad hoc analytical needs; from market events to high-stakes client inquiries; delivering rigorous, well-supported findings under tight timelines, • Uphold the highest standards of analytical integrity; ensuring all work is precise, thoroughly documented, reproducible, and delivered on schedule, • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related analytical field, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience;, • 5+ years of analytical experience, preferably within healthcare, insurance, or a PBM environment, • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets Additional Qualifications • Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including advanced modeling, pivot analysis, and formula-driven reporting, • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or comparable analytical and BI tools; comfort querying large datasets and automating repetitive analyses, • Strong attention to detail and commitment to analytical accuracy, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment, • Experience in pharmacy pricing, rebate analysis, or healthcare financial modeling, • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship, • Must successfully pass OIG/GSA exclusion screening prior to hire and on an ongoing basis, • Must comply with OFAC screening requirements; employment is contingent upon clearance, • Employment eligibility will be verified through E-Verify in accordance with federal law
