Reviews safety data sheets (SDS) as requested for potential exposure to hazardous chemicals and takes necessary precautions., • Assesses property damage and file property damage claims in accordance with company policy., • Responds appropriately to management and/or community emergencies by assisting as needed., • High School Diploma or equivalent required., • Must have 1-3 years of related experience and/or training., • Knowledge of building equipment, building codes, HVAC, plumbing, electrical in healthcare facilities., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
