Compensation: $86,700 - $167,500 yearly Responsibilities: • Guide clients through home tours, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of each property., • Collaborate with our team to schedule and coordinate property showings efficiently., • Communicate effectively with clients to address their questions and provide insights into the real estate market., • Assist in generating leads by participating in community events and networking opportunities., • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback to support the sales process., • Work closely with senior agents to learn best practices and enhance your real estate knowledge., • Ensure all properties are presented in their best light by coordinating with homeowners and staging professionals as needed.Qualifications:, • Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships., • Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one., • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in person and through digital channels., • Proven track record of managing schedules and coordinating multiple tasks efficiently., • Familiarity with the Newark-Union, NJ-PA real estate market is a plus., • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, sharing insights and strategies for success., • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling and client management., • Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate trends and practices quickly and effectively.About Company When you join Keller Williams, you join a winning team of real estate professionals who are leading the industry to greater heights.
