Job Description We are looking for a professional buyer's agent to represent the interests of the Renters and the homebuyer throughout the entire purchasing process. Agent responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate. Skills • Proven working experience in sales, • Proven track of successful sales record, • Ability to work independently, • Sales, negotiation, and communication skills, • Pleasant and trustworthy, • MS Office familiarity, • Real estate agent’s or broker’s license preferred Job Type: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $80,000 - $130,000 yearly at-plan commission Work Location: In person Schedule: • Choose your own hours, • Monday to Friday, • Provide guidance and assist buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms, • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them, • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing, • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value, • Display and market real property to possible buyers, • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.), • Manage property auctions or exchanges, • Maintain and update listings of available properties, • Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors, • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors, • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services, • Sales: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: • Real Estate License (Preferred) Additional: • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies, • Show good organizational and time management skills, • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth, • Past sales experience is preferred, • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)About Company At Rent Own Sell, we are more than just a real estate company — we’re a team of innovators, leaders, and mentors dedicated to helping agents dominate the rental market.
