YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU ARE: * An optimistic natural leader and team player * A strong project manager, comfortable with budgets and communicating with various stakeholders * Resourceful and a creative thinker and strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking * A strategic planner able to develop, implement, and improve departmental processes * Experienced in managing a fashion showroom or store HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THIS ROLE: * Hire, develop and actively manage direct reports to perform the functions of the Showroom as outlined below: * HQ Showroom Logistics * Coordinate and facilitate the initiation and maintenance of all facility functions including but not limited to: office equipment, furniture, telephone and internet lines, cable connections, security, HVAC, cleaning services, etc * Manage and maintain ongoing relationships and contracts with third party contractors and service providers * Establish relationship and liaison with the building management company to communicate UJUU needs and to building management and to keep UJUU in compliance with updates to building procedures and protocols * Work with Finance Department to track spending and oversee the ordering of business office supplies, kitchen supplies and general meeting supplies * Event Planning and Showroom Management * Ensure the arrangement and organization of office wide events, such as: Employee Celebrations, Company Milestones and Parties, and other initiatives and special projects as requested by company management * Coordinate with the respective Marketing Departments to anticipate and understand the needs of planned Office Events * Identify showroom team needs and coordinate the addition of third party vendors or outsourced resources as necessary * Work with the Finance Department to develop and maintain budget for events * Returns Processing * Manage relationship and service with all postage/freight providers (FedEx, UPS, etc) * Oversee processing of all mail, packages, deliveries (both outgoing and incoming) * Process Returns from Ecommerce Brands ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION: This role is full time with medical, dental, and vision insurance offered at an annual salary of $60,000. Estimates are set at wholesale prices, and the instruments are presented in an efficient and professional venue, thereby furthering the organization's mission to make buying and selling instruments increasingly accessible for musicians of all levels.The Luthier & Workshop Assistant supports the preparation and presentation of auction inventory at our T2 site. This role combines hands-on instrument care with cataloguing, documentation, and production support to ensure instruments are accurately represented and ready for sale. Working closely with the Production Manager, you will assist with light lutherie, condition reporting, photography coordination, and inventory oversight. You will also help maintain an organised, efficient workshop environment while contributing to a smooth and timely auction cycle.
