Job Description Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist Salary: 70K-75K Location: Hicksville, NY - Full time on site Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, Retirement Summary/Objective The Sales Operations Specialist supports the sales team by streamlining processes, managing tools and data, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. This role is responsible for sales data analysis, CRM management, reporting, and process optimization, enabling the sales team to focus on revenue-generating activities. Essential Functions * Provide primary support to the sales team to ensure efficient operations and streamlined sales processes. * Maintain and improve sales workflows and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency. * Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve conversion rates and sales productivity. * Prepare, review, and manage documentation including leases, rental agreements, acceptance documents, and purchase orders. * Manage assets within internal operating systems. * Maintain accurate contract and asset statuses within the ERP system to facilitate accurate reporting. * Resolve client service issues related to lease documentation and vendor payment status. * Serve as administrator for CRM and other sales-related systems; regularly audit CRM data for accuracy and completeness. * Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on lead management, order processing, and revenue tracking. * Troubleshoot and implement technical solutions for sales tools.
