Collaborate with residents and interdisciplinary team members to obtain and maintain food preferences consistent with clinical nutrition needs, ensuring accurate entry and ongoing updates within the foodservice software system. Must be a Registered Dietitian.

Interviews patient and/or family for nutritional history. Recommends nutrition care plans to medical staff for review and consideration. Provides nutritional guidance and counseling to patients and their families.
