Our AAC program is expanding, and we welcome team members who are passionate about supporting communication in innovative ways. We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist for our Mesa clinic location. Role Overview: • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat physical conditions, illnesses, and injuries to reduce pain, develop or restore function, and maintain maximum performance, • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to address areas of need using evidenced-based approaches and individualized therapeutic strategies, • Closely monitor and document progress, adjusting intervention as necessary to support optimal outcomes, • Engage parents and caregivers in the therapeutic process, providing education and resources to support the client's progress and development, • Collaborate with a team of professionals, including speech-language and physical therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care, • Complete succinct documentation of services in a timely manner, • Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from an accredited college or university, • Active physical therapy license via the Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy, • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, • Experience or interest in early intervention and treating developmental disabilities, • Passion for continuous learning and development of professional skills and knowledge, • Positive and professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, • Experience or interest in feeding intervention is strongly preferred, but not required, • Flexible part-time and full-time schedules, • Competitive pay, • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (dental and vision covered 100% by the company, medical is competitive), • Life insurance benefit, • Short and long-term disability coverage, • CEU reimbursement and paid certifications (CPR, Article 9), • Cash balance plan, • EoS gym membership, • A close-knit team that actually enjoys working together This position requires intermittent standing, lifting, kneeling, and sitting. In addition, this position may include working closely with clients who have mental, physical, and/or behavioral diagnoses and may be verbally or physically combative.
