We are currently seeking a full-time OTA for our Mesa clinic location. Role Overview: • Provide direct treatment and care for clients following treatment plans and protocols developed by the Occupational Therapist (OT), • Plan and implement client-centered treatment activities and tasks to support skill development and progress towards established treatment goals, • Collect data and document progress towards established treatment goals, • Collaborate with the supervising OT and parents/caregivers to support the therapeutic process and client progress, • Associate's degree from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program, • Active occupational therapy assistant license from the Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy, • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, • Experience or interest in early intervention and treating developmental disabilities, • Passion for continuous learning and development of professional skills and knowledge, • Positive and professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, • Experience or interest in feeding intervention is strongly preferred, but not required, • Flexible part-time and full-time schedules, • Competitive pay, • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (dental and vision covered 100% by the company, medical is competitive), • Life insurance benefit, • Short and long-term disability coverage, • CEU reimbursement and paid certifications (CPR, Article 9), • Cash balance plan, • EoS gym membership, • A close-knit team that actually enjoys working together We don't just talk about culture-we live it. Working Conditions: This position requires intermittent standing, lifting, kneeling, and sitting. In addition, this position may include working closely with clients who have mental, physical, and/or behavioral diagnoses and may be verbally or physically combative.
