Our Home Health Physical Therapist Assistants enjoy some excellent benefits: • 1:1 therapist-to-patient ratios where you impact outcomes, • Competitive, weekly pay with Direct Deposit available, • Flexible assignments to fit your needs, • Holiday and PTO pay for full-time employees, • Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits available, • Supportive, caring management that will have your back!, • Provide in house physical therapy to patients who have lost mobility, strength, and functionality due to illness or injury, • Work as part of a home health team, which may include an RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, OT, and SLP, focused on the patient’s plan of care and goals, • Act at the direction and under the supervision of the treating Physical Therapist and in accordance with the plan of care, • Assist the treating Physical Therapist in documenting exercises in the patient’s chart and printing out exercises for home use as directed, • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program and active PTA license in Colorado, • Minimum of one (1) year of physical therapy assistant experience, preferably in a home healthcare setting, • CPR Certification (demonstration course required), • Pass a background check and drug test (we are required to test for THC), • Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations Interim HealthCare is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
