Service Technician Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards., • Work at a productive and efficient pace., • Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair., • Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required., • Notify Service Advisor immediately if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised., • Document work performed., • Road-test vehicles when required, keeping in mind that the customer vehicle should not be used for personal errands., • Attend factory-sponsored training classes., • Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins., • Keep shop area neat, clean, and be able to account for all dealership-owned tools at all times., • Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes., • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor. Job Description Overview Registered Dental Assistants perform a variety of patient care, office, and laboratory duties. The primary role of the Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) is to assist the dentist in gaining the patient’s commitment to the best possible treatment, with urgency. Job Description Working alongside members of the North Valley Rural Tobacco Project Team, the Health Promotions Intern will join an outstanding group of professionals dedicated to our mission to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease, through research, education, and advocacy. The intern will assist the North Valley Tobacco Project in executing health promotion and tobacco prevention activities to gain experience in the field of outreach, education, evaluation, health policy, and community organizing in the context of tobacco prevention. The intern will support Smokefree Multi-Unit Housing and Smokefree Outdoor Air campaign efforts in Gridley (Butte County), and Marysville (Yuba County). In collaboration with the project team, the intern will attend community events, assist in data collection, and participate in workgroup meetings. This is a paid internship position requiring a minimum time commitment of 10 – 15 hours per week (flexible schedule) and may be eligible for course credit. This position is for Spring 2026. The hourly rate for this position is $18.00 per hour. PROJECTS This internship offers a valuable opportunity to build skills in organization, multi-tasking and communications.
