Job Description AFI is growing fast, and this is a brand-new role inside the company. We’re building our call center function from the ground up, and we’re looking for someone who wants to own it. In this role, you’ll speak with inbound and outbound leads, qualify homeowners, and schedule in-home flooring consultations for our sales team. This is a great fit for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, goal-oriented, and motivated by helping turn leads into booked appointments. If you’re confident, organized, and love turning conversations into booked appointments, you’ll thrive here. This isn’t a sit-back-and-answer-phones position. Your job is to drive results and turn inbound leads into booked appointments.
