Responsibilities • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services., • Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system., • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision., • Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience and increase sales., • Maintain an organized and clean checkout area., • Stock shelves and ensure product displays are appealing and well-maintained., • Supervise junior staff when necessary, providing guidance and support., • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism., • 21+ years of age (legal requirement for handling alcohol), • High school diploma or equivalent, • Basic math skills and cash handling experience, • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, • Excellent customer service skills, • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.49 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week Benefits: • Employee discount Supportive Team Environment: Join a friendly, collaborative team that works together to create an exceptional shopping experience.
