Job Description We are now accepting applications for our Heavy Industrial Material Handler roles out in City of Industry, CA! This role plays a key part in distributing product, operating primary equipment on site, ensuring efficient warehouse flow, and supporting operational excellence. We are looking for 1st and 3rd shift candidates at this time. • 1st shift - 4:00am to 12:30pm Perks & Benefits • Casual Dress Code, • Paid Training, • Weekly paychecks, • Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options, • Medical / Dental Insurance, • $26.00 - $35.00 / Hour Employment Type & Shifts • Full Time, • 3rd Shift, • 1st Shift Job Responsibilities • Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment. Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion. On a daily basis, inspect assigned equipment. Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards., • Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations. Efficiently stack and store product in the appropriate areas., • Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded and shipped., • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances., • Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed., • Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate., • Other duties as assigned., • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred, • Strong attention to detail, • Reliable transportation, • Excellent attendance and dependability, • Provide heavy industrial services such as manual receiving of trailers at International DC (IDC) locations., • Building pallets of large items such as patio furniture and TV's and Air Conditioners that require intense physical effort and may involve operation of manual/electric Pallet Jacks and varied forklift equipment. Associate Requirements • Background Check, • Able to Lift 75 pounds, • Drug Test, • Stand for Shift Duration, • Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $26.00 - $35.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
