Job Description We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to oversee and optimize our Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) platform. In this role, you will ensure the system operates efficiently, securely, and aligns with organizational goals. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to enhance system functionality and resolve technical challenges. Responsibilities: • Monitor and maintain the performance, security, and stability of the D365FO environment., • Execute system updates, patches, and upgrades in coordination with Microsoft and internal teams., • Configure and manage user access, roles, and security permissions within D365FO., • Support integrations and troubleshoot issues related to printers, RF guns, and other connected devices., • Set up and manage reporting systems, including Power BI and SharePoint configurations., • Track system performance and logs, ensuring efficient operation and addressing any anomalies., • Maintain app registrations, client keys, and store entity configurations in D365FO., • Ensure compliance with IT policies, licensing requirements, and industry best practices., • Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to optimize system functionality., • Provide training and guidance to users to enhance system utilization., • Proficiency in Active Directory and Windows Server., • Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and Dell Technologies., • Familiarity with Citrix Technologies and Dynamics 365 (D365FO)., • Strong understanding of SQL databases and Azure., • Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate for reporting and automation., • Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems., • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a technical environment., • Ability to manage system security and ensure compliance with IT policies. User Support & Training: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting system-related issues. Assist in user onboarding for regular user, warehouse worker, security role setup. Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and daily support in DevOps. Customization & Configuration: Configure workflows, SMTP, Email Template, Batch job and embedded EDI batch job, Alert system. Support the development and deployment of reports, dashboards, and data analytics tools, user view data, and workspace configuration. Assist in customizing the system to meet business needs, including modifying forms, fields, and workflows. Integration & Data Management: Manage integrations between D365FO and other enterprise systems (e.g., EDI, CRM, third-party applications, and power platform.) Ensure data integrity, backup, and recovery processes are in place. Support data migration, import/export activities, and troubleshooting. Process Optimization & Compliance: Work with finance, supply chain, and IT teams to enhance system efficiency and automation. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security protocols, and industry standards. Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation for compliance checks. Qualifications & Skills: Required: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field. Experience administering Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP systems. Strong understanding of D365FO modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Inventory Management. SCM Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, SQL, Power BI, and system integrations (APIs, EDI). Familiarity with role-based security models and access control.
