Our client, a prominent event company, is seeking a dedicated Event Inventory/Maintenance Associate who is ready to work hard and grow within the company. Job Description: This position focuses on inventory and quality control, ensuring that event supplies are organized, functioning, and ready for action. Key responsibilities include: • Following a checklist to inventory and organize event supplies, • Counting items and preparing them for loading onto trucks, • Testing games by playing them to check for quality and functionality, • Covering games with blankets and shrink wrap to prevent damage during transport, • Assembling and disassembling rides using small hand tools, • Cleaning equipment, such as inflatables, and pulling items for delivery, • Loading and unloading trucks while efficiently arranging inventory in the facility, • Moving inventory around the warehouse, • Covering and protecting items for transport, • Collaborating with team members to lift heavy equipment (up to 100 lbs) as a team, • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, • Ability to follow directions and work independently, • Strong attention to detail for quality control tasks, • Comfortable lifting heavy items and performing physical tasks If you’re ready to contribute to exciting events and be part of a growing team, apply today!
