Job Description A family owned business, established in the Washington, DC Metro area since the 1930's, seeks a Counter Service Associate to join their growing team in Sterling, VA. Our client is one of the nations leading sellers of appliance parts. Location: Ashburn, VA Pay: $18.75 / Hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM Job Responsibilities: • Promote and sell products to meet customer needs, • Process customer orders and incoming inventory, • Stock, Pick, Ship customer orders while adhering to all safety procedures Job Requirements: • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and move up to 250 lbs utilizing our warehouse equipment, • Prior warehouse experience a MUST, • A High School Diploma, • Ability to accurately read and process part numbers, • Ability to work Saturdays as scheduled, • Some experience and understanding of the sales process, • Customer Service experience, • Computer/key board skills and some proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word & Excel), • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, • Health and Dental Insurance, • 401K, • Life Insurance, • Long Term Disability, • Section 125 Cafeteria Plan - Pay Flex, • Holiday Pay, • Leave Pay At PrideStaff, it’s all about you.
