Position: Billing Support Analyst – full time, Temp to Permanent position Location: San Dimas, CA 91773 (100% onsite) Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm Pay rate: $24.00ph "The company is responsible for solving detailed problems involving the joint use of utility poles with the objective of reducing the environment and economic impacts of overhead utility construction. The Billing Support Analyst role provides key administrative and billing support to both remote and in-person teams. This role ensures the accuracy and efficiency of billing operations, handling tasks like data entry, file management, document preparation, and customer service. Role and Responsibilities: · Provide billing and administrative support across the office. · Prepare, review, and organize 1,000+ electronic documents per month. · Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations. · Upload, download, and organize electronic files daily. · Enter data into the internal database and ensure accurate documentation. · Distribute documents promptly and transcribe meeting minutes. · Handle email and phone inquiries professionally. · Review and verify documentation forms for billing accuracy. · Assist in resolving administrative issues and maintaining records. Qualifications & Skills: · Associate's or Bachelor’s degree, or a business/administrative services certification. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Adobe Reader) and team collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams). · Strong file management, multitasking, and organizational skills. · Ability to type at least 45 WPM with high accuracy. · Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. · Experience in administrative support roles and ability to work independently or as part of a team. · Must be adaptable and able to manage priorities under time pressure.
