The Role We are seeking a strategic and analytical Junior Ecommerce Manager with a proven track record of helping scale growth on Amazon. This role reports to Tangle Teezer’s Director of Sales, US and will focus on both the day to day and long-term success of Tangle Teezer’s Amazon North American business. This highly visible role also supports the growth of other e-commerce marketplaces such as Tik Tok Shop and collaborates internally to drive growth across the e-commerce landscape. What does success look like: • Help define and achieve growth targets through planning and implementation of effective advertising strategies, promotions, site content optimization and assortment analysis., • Work closely with Amazon agency in day-to-day support of the business with a focus on operational excellence, achieving sales goals and profit., • Leads Business Communication & Coordination - Communicates information and customer needs across Tangle Teezer. Organizes and facilitates both internal and external teams to support Amazon’s robust 3P Business., • Collaborate with Trade Marketing team to develop compelling PDP content, A+ Premium content, and storefront content to drive traffic and conversion., • Develop brand store strategy in partnership with other internal stakeholders., • Through customer business planning, program development and communication, ensure complete execution of agreed-upon plans. This includes: • Monitor Sales performance against the business sales targets and take responsibility for results., • Managing new product launches from start to finish (including administrative details), • Monitor BSR and competitive activity and 3rd party seller landscape, proactively addressing any suppression issues and/or conflict with maintaining the buy box, including any Brand Registry issues., • Communicating and coordinating customer-specific promotions with agency and internal teams (including marketing, demand planning and operations) and tracking sales lifts., • Maintain all internal documents including Sell Thru Reports, Launch Trackers and Sales Forecasting Sheets to ensure proper communication., • Drive inputs into SKU-level sales forecasting, working closely with Demand Planning and Agency Business Manager to maintain optimal in stock rate despite seasonality and virality., • Manage all Amazon related operations including CX, listing and catalog management, account health and other relevant business operations. What we are looking for in you: • Highly organized, pro-active self-starter and self-motivated with teamwork attitude., • Exceptional attention to detail, organization and follow through skills., • Experience of at least 1-3 years supporting Amazon 3P business with working at Amazon a plus., • Working knowledge with the following: • Amazon Platforms – Seller Central, Amazon Advertising tools, Amazon Algorithm, • Digital Shelf – Keyword Optimization, Enhanced Content, Image and Video Best Practices, Buy Box, • Data Analysis & Reporting – Sales, Inventory, Traffic, Conversion, Consumer Insights, and other KPIs • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights., • Proficient in Excel: must be able to do VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other basic formulas., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment., • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams., • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
