Job Description CBIZ Talent Solutions is assisting CBIZ Managed IT Services to locate an AI Support Desk contractor to work with their client in Stanford, CT. This is an onsite position, 40 hours/week with possible remote Fridays. Responsibilities: • Administer and support enterprise AI applications (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini), • Manage user accounts, licensing, roles, and access across AI platforms, • Monitor platform performance, usage, and availability; escalate issues as needed, • Work with identity system administrators to integrate AI tools with enterprise SSO, • Enforce security, data controls, and compliance requirements, • Partner with Security, Legal, and Compliance teams for responsible AI use and support audits, • Support onboarding/offboarding for AI users, • Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and internal documentation, • Assist with user training sessions and provide expert support for AI tools, • Coordinate with vendors for support, updates, and feature releases, • Track and evaluate new AI tools and manage platform changes, • Identify and implement IT process improvements and automation opportunities, • 7+ years of experience in IT support, systems, or SaaS administration, • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, • Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and user management (SSO, MFA, RBAC), • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.), • Experience supporting cloud-based apps in an enterprise environment, • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills, • Ability to support both technical and non-technical users, • AI or SaaS admin certifications are a plus, • Preferred: experience with AI governance, data privacy, scripting/automation, and supporting regulated industries For immediate consideration, please submit resumes with salary requirements to: with "CT AI Contractor" in the subject field.
