Job Description Band Together Lead | NJPAC Position Overview The Band Together Lead serves as a primary bridge between the Band Together faculty and the Creative Practice leadership team at NJPAC during Fall/Spring arts training. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in band, jazz and instrumental ensemble instruction, a strong command of music education pedagogy, and the organizational acumen to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
