Job DescriptionAdult Art Instructor - Part-time One River School of Art & Design - Transforming Art Education Hartsdale, NY $30-$35 Per Hour Job Description We are currently recruiting for Art teachers for Adult Students to teach traditional studio art techniques in a contemporary art school setting. Our classes run on weekdays and weekends and the possibility of extra subbing classes. Starting ASAP. There is also the chance to add more hours over the Summer. Our curriculum is created centrally so there is minimal prep required and all tools, equipment and supplies are provided. Our Studio art teachers need to be well versed in a wide variety of art techniques and mediums. Qualifications / Requirements: • 7+ years of experience teaching traditional studio art, • MFA or Masters in Art Education (Or a BFA with significant art making experience), • Thoughtful communication skills, • A passion for One River School's mission Since 2012, One River School has embarked on a mission to "transform art education".
