Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Co CEO’s and senior leadership in our White Plains, New York headquarters. This position reports to the Co-CEOs and blends executive administrative support and special event planning and logistics. The ideal candidate is a proactive, emotionally intelligent professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and approaches challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset. This role includes managing complex calendars and travel logistics, coordinating impactful meetings and events, and identifying opportunities to contribute to the business’s success.
