We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for automobiles and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, ensuring they find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate will be key in closing deals and building lasting relationships with clients. Duties: Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their automotive needs.
Utilize strong phone etiquette to handle inbound inquiries and conduct outbound sales calls.
Demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits.
Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer experience.
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information.
Collaborate with sales support staff to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications Proven experience in automotive sales or outside sales is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
Proficient in math skills for calculating payments, financing options, and trade-in values.
Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
Experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
Familiarity with sales management practices is beneficial but not required.
A valid driver's license is necessary for test drives and customer interactions.
